Do you sell homes in Camposol and Puerto de Mazarrón?
Yes. We prepare the information in English for British buyers and in Spanish for Spanish buyers, and organise viewings when they visit the area.
I'm British and want to sell. What do I need?
Your NIE, the deeds and a few certificates for the property. If you're not resident in Spain, the buyer withholds 3% of the price towards your taxes. We explain everything in English.
