We won't inflate the price to win you over
It is the oldest trick there is: quote a high price so you sign, then chip away at it month by month. We tell you what it is worth from day one, even if you like the number less.
There is no switchboard and no call centre
You always speak to the person handling your house, and you have their mobile. You will not have to explain your situation three times to three different people.
We won't chase you with phone calls
You ask for a valuation, we give it to you and you decide. If you tell us it is not the right time, we will not bother you again until you write to us.
There is no small print
The fee is agreed before anything is signed, as a specific figure. And we charge nothing up front: if we do not sell, we do not get paid.
We won't let just anyone into your house
Before a viewing we check that the person can actually buy. Your house is not a museum and your time is not free either.
We won't vanish when there is no news
We call you after every viewing anyway, even if it is only to say it did not work out. Silence is the hardest part of selling.
